"The Rhode Island State Tax Credit Program has helped me immensely. I am in my second year of high school at Saint Patrick Academy. All my life I've gone to charter/public schools because of financial reasons. But, because of this program, I was blessed and given the opportunity to go to St. Patrick Academy. This school means so much to me. I have created so many wonderful relationships in this school with the most wonderful people. This school has given me spiritual, personal, and academic values that I don't think I can get anywhere else. Thank you RI State Tax Credit Program."
"I send you my sincerest thank you for allowing me to make my dreams a reality. Everyday has been a cherished experience that has presented me with close relationships, achievements, lessons, and long-lasting memories. It is because of you that I have discovered my mission for the world and how I might contribute my talents and interests, and for that you deserve my deepest gratitude. Thank you!"
"The Rhode Island State Tax Credit Program has helped my parents to afford to send me to St. Patrick Academy. It is my first year here and I love the school. St. Patrick Academy has helped me in many ways. I have been doing well here and I hope to get into a good college when I graduate."
"My name is Arendy Torres and I have been at Blessed Sacrament for ten years. At Blessed Sacrament you make a family with friends and staff. We act like a family because we're always there for each other no matter what. Blessed Sacrament is very special to me. I have been here for more than half my life. I've been with amazing teachers and friends. I've seen a few teachers come and go, but it's always fun to experience new things that the new teachers have planned. At the beginning of 8th grade a new student arrived and we made him a part of the Blessed Sacrament family. I just want to say thank you to everyone for helping my family pay for me to come to this school. Thank You!"
"My daughter attends Monsignor Clarke Regional School. She was diagnosed with mild dyslexia when she was in second grade. Many of my and my husbands, friends and relatives advised us to transfer her to a public school where she could get extra help because of the resources that were available to the public school system. We decided to keep her in Msgr. Clarke for many reasons. She is now in the latter half of the fifth grade. She has surpassed all expectations. She is an avid reader, and loves math and science. The new science lab has given her a love of science and physics. The teachers at Msgr. Clarke knew that her learning disability was not a reflection of her capabilities or her intelligence. I am so proud of her and her rapid progress. I am very grateful to the teachers at Msgr. Clarke for their ability to teach a classroom with the knowledge that all students learn in different ways. We attend church every Sunday, and I am so happy that her religion is incorporated into her school setting as well as at home. My husband and I are happy with the decision to keep her in a catholic school, and we will be sending her to a Catholic high school. She wants to become a veterinarian and I can’t wait to see her reach her goal."
